He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Leroy and Virginia Young Moore; and his daughter Emilee Moore. He is survived by: his girlfriend Crystal Taft; his daughters, Summer Moore (Blake Puckett) of Malvern, Audrey Moore of Malvern and Misty Howell (Sean) of Glen Rose; his siblings, Earnest Moore (Rosemary) of Texarkana, AR, Penny Caddy (Howard) of Tulip, Diane Eddington (Finney) of Texarkana, AR and Dee Tapps (Joe) of Greenbrier; and his grandchildren, Everly Puckett, Emersyn Puckett, Cameron Spence and Peyton Howell. He is also survived by one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
