He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Jo Williams and Harvey Williams; his brother Wayne Williams; and his son Shannon Williams. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Williams of Rockport; his daughter Shea L. Blair (Rick) of Rockport; his grandson Andrew Leroy Blair of Rockport; his siblings, Morris Williams (Linda) of Malvern and Brenda Garrett of Malvern; and his pets, Hank and Woodro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
