He is survived by: his son Zac Hager (Savannah) of Haskell, Arkansas; his grandson Lawson Hager; his father Mark Hager Sr. (Melody) of Hardy, Arkansas; and his siblings, Barclay Hager of Hardy, Josh Hager (Mary) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Erica Lynn Johnson (Michael) of Haskell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
