She was predeceased by: her husband Loyd Earnest; her daughters, Lavonne Keiser and Carolyn Brooks; her parents, Birdie Buie and Hardin Buie; and her siblings, Esta Webb, James Buie, Robert Buie, Arrita Sadler, Johnnie Buie and Betty Sue Chamblee. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren, 1 great, great, great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
