We are sad to announce that, on October 19, 2023, at the age of 67, Neona Treadway (Malvern, Arkansas), born in Wynne, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kay and Gladys Howell Kay; and her brother David Lynn Kay. She is survived by: her son Willie Treadway; and her brother Daniel "Danny" Kay (Joyce) of Glen Rose, AR. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
