She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Jax Clements. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Clements; her sons, Jason Clements (Misty), Jeremy Clements (Amy) and Jonathan Clements (Carla); her grandchildren, Alicia Hughes (Cody), Tanner Clements, Taylor Clements, Anne-Jillian Clements, Rhett Caldwell, Braden Zellner, Jake Caldwell and Brooklyn Zellner; her great grandchildren, Cannon Hughes, Beckham Clements, Ellie Clements, Lakeley Hughes, Genevieve Clements and Declan Clements; her sisters, Bonnie Joe Keys of Wisconsin and Jennifer Dobbs (Steve) of Russellville; and her grandsons, Cody Hughes, Tucker Clements, Deven Clements, Tanner Clement and Jack Caldwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
