He is survived by: his wife Janice Moore; his children, Greg Moore (Ashley) of Malvern and Leslie Kurczek (Jeff) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Autumn Moore, Ethan Moore and Lauren Kurczek; and his great-niece Kylie Sulton.
