He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Oakley and Clementine Johnson Oakley; his close friend Vanessa Moore; his children, Ray Lamont Moore and Erica Moore; and his sister Tommie Jean Oakley.
He is survived by: his children, Maurice Oakley (Elizabeth) of Sheridan, Michael Oakley of Malvern and Michelle Oakley (Lacorey) of Malvern; his siblings, Thomas L. Oakley, Sr. (Pauline) of Houston, Texas, Augustine Oakley of Houston, Texas and Bernadette Oakley of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Xavier Oakley, Saraya Luper, Serenity Moore, Tre'veon Milton, Jaylen Lea, Lacorey Lea, Lamont Lea, Waaschad Jacobs, Maria Oakley, Kameron Oakley, Izabella Oakley and Dontae Lewis; and his great grandchild Elliana Luper. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
