He was predeceased by: his parent Brenda Barnett; and his grandchildren, Zaine and Arika. He is survived by: his daughters, Bergandi Norwood (Colvan), Lauren Davis, Hope Destin Davis, Brittany Quinn and Ashley Mays; his sisters, Dianne Rogers of Ohio, Tonie (Carlos) and Castillo of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Kingston, Caden, Jace, Carson, Brennan, Bryson, Kinly, Keelan, Caleb, Dayton, Makell, Ahmilee, Malayia, Cylee and Rhese; and his great grandchildren, Leilani, Omari and Elaina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
