She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin C. Otts and Naomi Nichols Otts; her sister-in-law Levinna Otts of Malvern; and her grandson Samuel Richard Polk of Magnet Cove. She is survived by: her husband Douglas "Rick" Richard Farabaugh of Glen Rose; her children, Angela Wingfield (Michael) of Glen Rose, Karen Polk of Mabelvale, Aaron Polk (Jessica) of Magnet Cove, Douglas Farabaugh III of Florida and Richard Farabaugh of Texas; and her siblings, Ray Otts (Ann) of Malvern and Bonnie Kay Hawthorne (Stephen) of Glen Rose. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1. 5 great-great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to Family Farm Camp in Malvern, supporting its mission of sharing the Gospel and helping children grow in their faith through Christ-centered day camp experiences.
