She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kemp (Tom) and Eleanore Overbeck Kemp; her husband Jerry Slinkard; and her sister Dinah Kemp Efird (Melvin). She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Jacobs of Manila and Keith Jacobs (Michelle) of Malvern; her grandchildren, Dylan Jacobs (Samantha), Joshua Jacobs (Shelby) and Madison Jacobs; and her sister Brenda Carr (Mike). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
