She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Bowman and Ruby Bowman (Kemp); and her sister Janivee Bowman. She is survived by: her husband Allen Hughes of Malvern; her children, Cody Hughes of Bauxite, Johnny Hughes of Malvern and Katherine Hughes of Bauxite; her daughter-in-law Samantha Hughes of Malvern; and her grandchildren, Cadan and Briana Hughes. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Chapel (204 E 2nd St, Malvern, AR 72104). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Alford Cemetery.
