It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Louise Dowell (Malvern, Arkansas), born in Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Toney Lee and Huleta Dowell; and her siblings, Gene R., Jimmie R. Dowell and Rita Hawkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Tackitt of Colorado Springs, CO and Chris Tackitt of Benton, AR; her siblings, Billy Dowell of Wichita, KS, Richard Dowell (Shelia) of Wichita, KS, Mike Dowell (Patricia) of Bixby, OK, Joyce Mikesell of Wichita, KS, Patricia Brustrom of Benton, AR, Barbara Reents of Canton, GA, Carolyn Goodson (Charles) of Wichita, KS and Tonya Carver of Wichita, KS; and her grandchildren, Onyx and Quinn Tackitt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
