It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velton Louis Block of Malvern, Arkansas, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Andy Block Sr. and Odessa Parker Block; his wife Tootie; and his siblings, Edward, Rogers, Cleotis, Andy Jr., Eugene Block, Sarah Hunter, Suzanne Jones, Alelia McAfee, Juanita Vaughn, Ruth, Odessa, Shirley and Glenmarine Block.
He is survived by : his siblings, Ethel Block Glover of Texarkana and Henry Block; and his caregivers, Patricia Ivory and Young. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
