He is survived by: his wife Christalene Smith of Malvern; his son Cleavon Smith (Atara) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his mother Odessa Smith of Malvern; his sisters, Deborah Smith of Malvern and Linda Smith of Little Rock; his aunt Ella Watkins of Frisco, Texas; and his brother-in-law John Hearn of Malvern. He is also survived by two granddaughters, two great-grandsons, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
