She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ritchey and Willie Ritchey; her husband William Gail Burks; her children, Steven Ray Burks and Linda Gail Burks; and her sisters, Flossie Fite and Maxine Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Abernathy (Malvern) and Laurie Burks of Grand Prairie, TX; her grandchildren, Hether Embry (Brian), Josh Burks (Ashley), Kevin Abernathy (April), Bradley Hickey (Courtney) and Nick Abernathy Ashton (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Christian, Shaun, Avery, Kayla, Lily, Kaylie, Ella, Townes, Milo, Vance and Auri; and her siblings, Daisy McHenry of Monroe, LA and Roy Ritchie (Hot Springs).
