She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lockhart and Mary Zelesnik Lockhart; her husband Edward A. Townsend; her son Gary Townsend; her grandson Brian Smith; and her siblings, Eddie Lockhart, Eleanor Zelesnik Spencer, Audrey Lockhart Evans and Harold L. Lockhart.
She is survived by: her children, Larry E. Townsend (Dusty), Mark A. Townsend, Penny A. Johnson (Jed) and Gloria E. Smith; her grandchildren, Alex, Annette, Barbara, Lance, Reed, Marie, Miranda, Mariah, Michael, Brittany, Nicholas, Daniel and Treva; and her sister-in-law Mary Townsend Huesner. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
