It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Kemp of Malvern, Arkansas, who passed away on February 20, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Kemp and Linnea Bell Kemp (Foster); his wife Jessie Kemp; and his daughter Rita Kemp. He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya Heinley (Brad) and Amber Duboise; his siblings, Elaine Arnold of Malvern, Sue Taylor of Benton, Ann Graves (Roger) of Hot Springs and Clint Kemp of California; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Heinley (Anissa), Drew Selph, Alli Selph (Kyle), Brendan Duboise, Jessalynn Duboise and Peyton Chancellor.
