He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnson; his daughters, Janet Smoot (Devon) of Mammoth Spring and Robin VanGinhoven (Richard) of Mammoth Spring; his granddaughters, Sierra Small (Scott) of Mammoth Spring, Shy Smoot of Mammoth Spring, Caitlin Snow (Chase) of Bentonville, AR, Brianna Mero (Nick) of Farmington, AR, Maddie Savage (Tyler) of Mammoth Spring and Shelby VanGinhoven of Jonesboro, AR; his great grandchildren, Wesleigh Kate Small, Rush Mero and Lane Savage; his siblings, Thomas Johnson, Doug Johnson (Elousie), Don Johnson (Lorraine) and Anita Wells; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Downing, Barbara Thompson, Steve Taylor and Randy Taylor (Cheryl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
