He is survived by: his mother Connie Fortson of Leachville; his children, Billy Joe Brown of Missouri, Tina Cook of Jonesboro, Amanda Brown of Manila, Connie Rothwell of Manila, Mary Petty of Manila and Kali Leffler of Manila; and his sisters, Diana Shepard of Leachville, Della Brown of Leachville, Marie Thompson of Manila and Amy Parker of Manila. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard Funeral Service - Manila (557 AR-77, Manila, AR 72442). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
