She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Sam) of Lepanto and Michael Eugene Smith (Cathy) of Manila; her grandchildren, Amber Sparkman (Blake), Kyler Smith, Kinsley Smith (Allyson) and Bryan Steakley (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Blakelynn Sparkman, Briggs Sparkman, Connor Steakley and Blair Steakley; her brother Steve; her sister-in-law Debbie Shelton of Manila; her nephews, Chad Shelton and Chase Shelton; and her niece Maegan Hill.
