He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Lewis and Louise Farrow Lewis; and his siblings, Larry Lewis, Sr. and Polly Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Belle Beckman Lewis; his children, Amanda Glass (Jason) of Gosnell and Bradley D. Lewis of Manila; his grandson Jordan B. Glass; his great grandchild Madelyn Rose Glass; and his sister-in-law Amparo Lewis. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Dan's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Wounded Warriors Project.
