He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas Ray Pate and Joannie May. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry May and Michelle Pate May of Manila; his wife Melanie May of Manila; his son Kolby Thomas May of Manila; his siblings, Kevin May (Alison) of Paragould and Amber Fraizer (Calvin) of Leachville; his grandparents, Anita Ledbetter of Okolona, MS and Dewayne May of Manila; and his close friends, Justin Jones, Cody Kirk, Jon Bailey, Joel Guerra and Noel Guerra. He is also survived by other loving relatives and many more friends.
