Joanne Saionz Obituary

Joanne Saionz, age 72, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on September 29, 2026 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on April 23, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Pauline (Hurczyk) Sokolski. She enjoyed traveling and visiting with friends and family.

Survivors include; husband of 53 years: Karl Martin Saionz of the home; one son: Matthew Saionz (Sarah) of Sante Fe, New Mexico; three sisters: Alice Starr of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Christine Glasgow of Manassas, Virginia, Patricia Woynich (Jeff) of Rhinelander Wisconsin; two grandchildren: Lincoln and Quincey; and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by; her parents: Joseph and Pauline (Hurczyk) Sokolski.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
