Kenny Brown Obituary

Kenny Luis Brown, 62, of Georgia passed away on October 15, 2025 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on August 13, 1963 in Kennett, Missouri to Larry Doherty and Barbara (Derousse) Doherty. Kenny was born and raised in Leachville, Arkansas then moved to Georgia later in life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include; two daughters: Veronica Palmer (Casey) of Byron, Georgia and Brittany Burgess of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild on the way; three brothers: Casey Doherty (Trisa) of Denton, Texas, Paul Doherty of Denton, Texas, Shannon Doherty of Denton, Texas; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his parents: Larry Doherty and Barbara (Derousse) Doherty; and one son: Shawn Brown.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
