Mackenzie Risner Obituary

Mackenzie Marie Risner, 21, of Manila, Arkansas passed away on October 3, 2025 at South Mississippi County Hospital in Osceola, Arkansas. She was born on December 22, 2003 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Rebecca Moore and Larry Risner.

She was of the Baptist faith and loved being a mother to her daughter more than anything. She enjoyed her job as lead dispatcher with the Osceola Police Department and shopping. She was a kind, friendly, and giving person and she showed this, even at death, by being an organ donor. She also, had a good sense of humor.

Survivors include; her parents: Larry and Brandy Risner of the home; one daughter: Maisley of the home; two brothers: Kyle Wester of Mendenhall, Mississippi and Joey Wester of Collins, Mississippi; her grandmother: Marie Moore of Blytheville, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by; two grandmothers Rose, and Cynthia Hill; grandfather: Jerry Moore; and sister: Maisy Risner.

The family will have a visitation at their home, on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
