He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Wade and Mattie Ruth Regan Adams; his brothers, George Adams, Paul David Adams and Harry Adams; and his son Eddie Wade Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Adams; and his children, Tommy Lynn Adams (Cindy) of Benton, Bobby Wayne Slankerd (Christina) of Caraway, Charles Perry (Shynda) of Manila and Sharon Moody (Carlous) of Mountain View. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel (507 AR-18, Manila, AR 72442). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
