Rola Erna Wilson Obituary

Rola Erna Wilson, age 96, of Blytheville, Arkansas passed away on September 4, 2026 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born on June 16, 1930 in Flint, Michigan to Charles and Hazel (Ernsting) Thompson. Rola became one of Jehovah's witnesses in 1968 and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Blytheville, Arkansas for many years. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her family but especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include; two sons: Robert Wilson (Sacha) of the home and Jessie B. Smith of Flint, Michigan; three daughters: Charlene Pemberton of Michigan, Melody Rose Fulgham of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Cindy Ann Mann (Gary) of Gosnell, Arkansas; fifteen grand/great grandchildren: Starla, Brandi, Holly, Tracy, Nathan, Chastity, Candice, Beth, Brinden Seth, Jayden, Brayden, Zane, Nicholas, Tyler, Nolan; and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by; her parents: Charles and Hazel (Ernsting) Thompson; husband: Orie Wilson; two daughters: Sally Lomax Parks and Suzie Wilson; and two sisters: Ruby Hensley and Ruth Favel.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and published when those arrangements are made.
