He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kimsey and Annie Mae Burrows (Brown); and his siblings, Elmer, Ezra, Clyde and Laura Inez Pugh.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Burrows; and his daughters, Cheryl, Donna and Melinda. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
