He is survived by: his mother Pam Hendrickson (Jimmie) of Greenwood, Arkansas; his siblings, Clift Swindell of Greenwood and Lori Moore (Jim) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his stepsisters, Samantha Nelson of Greenwood, Angela Rogers of Van Buren and Stacy Quinlivan of Midland, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
