He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sims Higgins; his children, William Taylor (Tina) of Tupelo, Mississippi, Sandy Higgins of Rogers and Susie Snowden Vickers of Russellville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Hugh Higgins (Glenda), Frank Higgins (Janice) and Debbie Ruth (Ricky Graham). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
