She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Breeding and Jewels Breeding (Watts); her daughter Tammy Tidwell; and her brothers, Louis Breeding, Leroy Breeding and Troy Breeding.

She is survived by : her husband Gary Barras; her son Tracy Tate; her stepsons, Gary Barras Jr., Stephen Barras (Christina) and Joseph Barras; and her siblings, Jimmy Breeding, James Breeding and Linda Ray. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
