He is survived by : his wife Vicky Perez Ivy; his children, Kevin Ivy (Brett Thibedeax) of Olive Branch, Jesse Ivy and Rita Bryant (Larry) of Marianna; his grandchildren, Christopher Whitehead (Becca) and Andrea Whitehead Kibe (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Savannah Whithead, Madison Whitehead, Hayes Kibe and Austyn Kibe.
