She was predeceased by: her parents, John Densmore and Carmie Parker Densmore; and her sons, Donald Wayne Self and Jimmy Clevelan Self. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Rita Self; her grandchildren, Mandy Graham, Holly Schmitz, Clay Self, Courtney Self, Stacey Self, Brian Self, Tara Stocker, Skyled Stocker, Blanie Jons and Kristy Jones; her great grandchildren, Cody, Brent, Chylee, Tyson, Colter, Calen, Callie, Bryce, Whitley, Capelyn, Hollyn, Casey, Christin, Austin and MaKayla; her great great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Kingley, Ella Jane, Zander and Hollis; and her sister Pat Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
