She is survived by: her sisters, Monica Brown Mitchell and Shelia Brown Safely; her stepbrother Thomas Parkes; her daughter-in-law Treva Lynn Carlow; her children, Deborah Sue Carlow Dixon (Bart), Monty Irvin Carlow and David Carter Carlow; her stepchildren, William Fredick Norman, Carol Norman Gerrard (Bill Jr.) and Lynn Norman Wilson (Clay); her grandchildren, Donald Raymond Carlow, Jr., Kelli Amber Carlow Stone (Jeffery), Jennifer Carlow Kennedy (Clyde), Ryan Richard Carlow, Daniel David Carlow and Emily Rae Dixon Miller (Tommy); her great grandchildren, Larkin Drew Stevens, Karis Carter Stevens Watson (Payton), Dane Morrison Carlow Gray, Paisley Elizabeth Kennedy, Evie Jane Kennedy, Carter Raymond Carlow and Canaan Michael Manues; her stepgrandchildren, William H.
