She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ray and Dewitt Ray; and her siblings, Dewitt Ray II and Marilyn Ray Corrigan. She is survived by: her children, James L. Stephenson III (Karen) and Lucy Stephenson Smith (Mark); and her grandchildren, William Smith (Courtney), Nancy Smith and Talmage Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
