He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Fisher and Annie Fisher; and his brother-in-law Jerry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Connie Fisher; his daughters, Sonya Williams and Andrea Hicks (Dwayne); his grandsons, Cameron Hicks and John Williams; and his sisters, Mary Smith and Brenda Williams (Winston). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
