She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Amos Carter and Mary Gregory Carter; her husband Terry Weaks; her son Wesley Smith (Katharine); her grandchild Makynize; her brother David Carter; her nephew Bradley Carter; her sister-in-law Pam Weaks; her mother-in-law Eve Pace; her niece Jerca Cint; her grandparents, Grady and Ruby Jewel Gregory; and her brother Stephen Carter.
