He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Mae Jones-Guffey and Naud Carter of Parma; and his wife Lucille Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Kenford Oran Carter (Lisa) and Marcy Lovick (John); his grandchildren, Nicholas A. Carter, Kendra Rogers (Josh), Rob Lovick (Dena) and Tim Lovick (Francie); his great grandchildren, Caleb Denton, Samuel Oran Rogers, Megan (Chris), Sydney and Peyton Lovick; his great great grandchildren, Holden and Cade Galletti; and his brothers, Dale Carter of Mountain View, Odell Carter (Billie) of Star City and Noble Carter (Brenda) of Lane, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
