He is survived by: his wife Dianne Thompson; his children, Timothy Thompson (Alanna), Shay Eaves and Sam Butler; his grandchildren, Evan, Everleigh and Easton Thompson; and his children, Shelby, Ben, Mary Elizabeth Oliver, Kristopher Hollingsworth (Carlee) and Austin Newman.
