He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Chambliss and Mable Lorine Evans Chambliss; his brothers, Jimmy Wayne Chambliss, Maurice Chambliss and Almeth Ray Chambliss (Dickie); his half-brother Julius LaBeff; his sisters, Eloise Rowland, Linda Nutt and Elizabeth King; and his nephews, Johnny Mack Chambliss and Jason Chambliss.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Catheryn Simpson; his brother Mackie Chambliss (Freda) of Southaven, MS; his brother-in-law Kenneth King of Bearden, AR; and his sibling's children, Barbara Kay Perry, Kenny Roy Rowland, Debbie Jones, Kerry King, Frankie Chambliss, Robin Herron, Jimmy Chambliss, Stacy Bryson, Teresa Livingston, Mark Chambliss, Chris Chambliss, Nicole Wright, Steve Chambliss, Connie Castleberry and Sonya Bean.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Angels Way Baptist Church (801 Angels Way, Marion, AR 72364). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
