He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Counce and Oline Counce; and his siblings, George, Carl, Donald and Linda Counce Harlow.
He is survived by: his wife Veona; his sons, Jamie (Tracy) and Frankie Counce (Jennifer); his grandsons, Jamie Lee and David Allen Counce; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Nathan and Raylan Counce; his stepgrandchildren, Nick, Trace, Jordan, Jackson and Taylor; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gabriella, Cache, Autumn, Jasper, Delilah, Garrett, Jackson, Ashton, Kaiden, Harland III and Melanie.
