She is survived by : her husband Gene Ivy; her children, Pedie (Ashlea Ivy) and LeAnn (David O'Neal); her grandchildren, Jalah O'Neal, Jakob O'Neal, Andrea O'Neal and Ava Ivy; her great grandchildren, Jackson Sweeney and Gunner O'Neal; and her nieces and nephews, David Vaughn, Kevin Vaughn, Cindy Vaughn and Roxann Keyzer.
