He is survived by : his wife Patricia Phillips; his son Sidney Phillips; his grandchildren, Harley, Kennedy, Jacob and Maddie; and his siblings, Eddie (Rhonda), Peggy Lindley, Rosemary Collins (Gene), Marie Ham (Billy) and Barbara Phillips.
