He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Thomas Miller and Betty Jean Hamlet Miller; and his brother Marcus Glenn Miller. He is survived by: his wife Jan Denton Rhoads Miller of Kennett; his siblings, Marian Sue Miller Douglas (Roy) and Jerry Keith Miller (Joy LeRae); his siblings' children, James Roy Douglas, Jr., Jaclyn Annette Miller Garner (Dakota), Jeanna Leigh Miller Spears (Colby) and Andrea Lammers Tharnish (Scott); his great-nephew Beau Logan Garner; and his great-niece Addison Tharnish.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Tommy's memory to the American Cancer Society or the National Wild Turkey Federation.
