She is survived by : her husband Jimmy Simmons; her daughter Marla Blake (Leon) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Ashley Orr (Matt), Danielle Blake and Michaela Starkey (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Elliette, Aubrie, Samuel and Elijah.
