He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Johnson; his parent Evelina Kelly of Cherry Valley; his children, Dakota Middleton of Marked Tree, Austin Johnson of Jonesboro, Justin Middleton of Florida, Makayla Swaim (Tyler) of Brookland and Brittany Porter (Joey) of Florida; his siblings, Jehiel Middleton, Evadell Middleton and Kathy Kelly; and his grandchildren, Ridge, Raelynn, Kaiyah, Danielle, Isaiah and Zack.
