He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Dale Sr. and Glenda Ruth Riggs Bibb; and his granddaughter Zoe Foster. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Blackwell Bibb; his daughters, Stephanie Foster of Pocahontas, Amanda Belcher of Indiana and Heather West of Lafe; and his brothers, Dewey Bibb of Pocahontas and Dr. John Bibb of Paragould. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
