Tilley; her daughter April Hough (Shaun) of New York; her stepchildren, Richard Tilley (Jennifer) of Missouri, James Tilley (Liz) of Marshall and Lacey Springstead (Dakota) of Florida; her grandchildren, April LeeAnn Watters (Austin), Dylan Thomas (Lacey), Hope Cox and Olivia Hough; and her great grandchildren, Kalani Watters, Rynlei Thomas, Scarlett Watters and Ayda Thomas. She is also survived by four step great-grandchildren.
