He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willard Deatherage and Cora Lee Kirkland Deatherage. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Gail Adams Deatherage; his siblings, Dennis Deatherage (Aletha) of Ozark, Susan Armstrong (Rich) of Paragould and Darlene Deatherage Smith of Mountain Home; and his stepdaughters, Suzanne Patten of Boston, MA and Kelly Patten of Fayetteville. He is also survived by numerous extended family and good friends.
